Amro Ibrahim عمرو•Ø§Ø¨Ø±Ø§Ù‡ÙŠÙ…
Who?
Amro is a first-generation Sudanese-American actor-writer-doer of things, who grew up in up-and-coming No(rthern)VA. As a kid, he jumped around schools a lot, which made him a social outsider. He found a social inside when he starred in The Little Mermaid as Sea Man, mopping up a carpeted stage. From there he has been on an artistic journey, finding himself, his craft. Now he's found himself centering around telling absurd stories grounded in personalized and unsaid truths, chasing the spectre of human existence in a society that makes as much sense as milk in a jar. (It's just weird, is what it is. Who drinks milk from a jar? No one? That's what I thought...) When not doing that, he's grooving on guitar, cooking random ingredients together, or contemplating dialectics.
